The hotel had a beautiful design, with amazing music playing in the lobby and bathroom. Breakfast offered two options, and it was great to have a British meal option too. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. my room had a stunning view of the city.
The housekeeping team could have done a better job. the room's sofa and floor were not cleaned properly, and some of the shared seats in the hotel were not very clean either.

the location was beautiful and had a stunning design, but the room felt a bit grubby. Despite this, the lobby and bathroom had enjoyable music. Breakfast had a good variety and multiple options. the trolley boys were incredibly helpful, putting effort into making sure our luggage arrived safely.
The hygiene of some shared areas was neglected, with unclean seating in certain parts of the hotel.

We recently stayed in a luxurious hotel here with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the design of the hotel is beautiful, and the music in the lobby and bathroom is a nice touch.

The design of the hotel is stunning and really caught my eye as soon as I walked in. the music playing in the lobby and bathroom was a great touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area and we really enjoyed the breakfast options provided.
The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the lack of staff to the inexperienced bartenders, we experienced a lot of frustration throughout our stay.
